To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging.
taptop.lu reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Customized or personalized products may not be eligible for return unless defective.
Products damaged through misuse or showing signs of use after delivery are not eligible for refund.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include your order number, description of the issue, and photos of the product and packaging.
5. Refund Process
Returned products will be inspected before refund approval.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Refund processing times may vary depending on payment providers.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
7. Order Cancellation
